The Consultation

During the consultation we discuss your goals for the space, product preferences, and overall budget for the project.  

We start by gathering information about you, your family, and how you function in your home.  This helps us tailor the project to your individual family needs. 

At the end of the consultation you are provided an estimate of time, product budget, and the scope of the services recommended to complete the project.

Once the project scope and our service offerings are identified, we provide a link to sign a contract, collect a deposit, send date options, and get you on our schedule!

2.

The Formula

REMOVE AND SORT

Remove all items from the space including contents of drawers, shelves, and containers. As the items are removed, they are sorted into broad categories so we have a clear understanding of your belongings.

KEEP, TOSS, DONATE

We help you determine what items to keep in the space, toss in the garbage, and what can be donated or sold.

CREATE THE SYSTEM

We incorporate the organizing products we bring to the appointment, maximize the flow of the space based on how you live in your home, and label containers to ensure long term success. 

3.

Removal of Unwanted items

At the end of the appointment we remove all trash to your onsite location. We then take a carload worth of donations prioritizing local organizations to maximize the impact of your donated belongings.  For larger items like furniture, we coordinate with one of our local junk removal companies that prioritizes donation to local charities and is committed to minimizing what ends up in the landfill.

For any items you plan to sell, we encourage you to photograph and list the items during the appointment and then we box and store them for easy access upon the sale.
